Before I started taking Cinnamon Bark, my LDL had averaged 215 for a decade. After taking 2400mg each morning with breakfast, my LDL dropped to 165, and my HDL increased from 46 to 48. I am not on any other medications and have maintained my usual diet and exercise regime.
